When can I retire after 45 years of work?

If you have been insured for many years, you can retire without deductions before reaching the standard retirement age, under certain conditions:
This regulation applies to insured persons who were born before 1 January 1964 and have reached the age of 63. In addition, a qualifying period of 45 years must be fulfilled.
If you were born before 1 January 1953, you are entitled to an unreduced old-age pension after reaching the age of 63. For all those born after this date, the age limit will be raised step by step – from the year of birth 1964 and later, the age of 65 will apply for early retirement.
