Junior UI designer

Horizon65 is changing the way people secure their retirement and plan their financial independence.

As a Junior UI Designer, you will support our UX lead with creating beautiful User Interfaces and assist in validating them through quantified and qualified user testing. As a mobile-first fintech, you will gain valuable first-hand experience working with financial mobile applications, app design and financial technology.

Your tasks

• Design mobile UI’s in coordination with the product management team
• Create clickable prototypes of the mobile UI’s in Figma
• Conduct user tests (moderated and unmoderated) to validate the user experience
• Support marketing with graphic design in both social media and advertising

What we expect

• You are sensitive to our users needs and proactively suggest improvements in the user experience
• You have a background in graphic design and demonstrable experience in UI design
• You are highly empathic and have a compatible sense of style
• You know how to use auto layout in Figma
• You are eager to learn
• You speak German (B1) and English (B1)

Nice to have

• You speak Italian or Spanish too
• Experience with analytics
• Experience with conducting user tests of prototypes
• Sense of humor 😉
